Prospective Exhibitors
Who Should Apply
Fine art galleries or dealers representing Caribbean artists living in or outside of the Caribbean region.
Individual artists who are self-represented and have a registered business name may also apply; however, space is limited and selection is highly competitive.
Selection Criteria
The selection of galleries and artists will be competitive. ICAFairTM will select and invite established galleries, dealers, and artists who represent art of high quality from 19th century to contemporary art.
Selection Process
The following are required from each exhibitor:
A completed Exhibitor Application (fill online or download as PDF) accompanied by a 50% booth deposit (refundable if not approved). Payment may be made using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), by check, or money order.
A list of the artist(s) to be shown with three (3) examples of their works (slides, digital images, or photographs).
Booth Package
The Booth Package includes:
100 sq. ft. white hardwall, 10' high
Draped 4' table (larger table if exhibitor has 2+ booths)
Two director's chairs
Three lights per booth
Signage
Wastebasket
10 VIP Passes
Booth cleaning
1 Show Catalogue Page per Booth
(No outside tables, chairs, or lights permitted.)
Price: $2,400 per 100 sq. ft. booth (add'l $100 for corner booths)
Show Floorplan
Register early to receive preferred space allocation on the show floor. Floorplan will be posted in April.
