Prospective Exhibitors
Who Should Apply
Contemporary Fine Artists of Caribbean heritage. Galleries can represent the contemporary Caribbean artists they represent; the booths, however, will be listed under the artists' names and referenced as "represented by" your gallery.
Selection Criteria
The selection of artists will be competitive. ICAFairTM will select and invite artists who represent art of high quality.
Selection Process
The following are required from each exhibitor:
A completed Exhibitor Application (download as PDF) accompanied by full payment if reserving one booth. Otherwise, submit a 50% booth deposit if reserving more than one booth. Your payment or deposit is refundable only if your application is not approved. Payment may be made using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), by US Check only, money order, or wire transfer.
Three (3) examples of your work (slides, digital images, or photographs).
Booth Package
The Booth Package includes:
4' x 12' white hardwall, 10' high
Draped 4' table
Two director's chairs
One 250W light per booth (additional lights may be purchased at cost)
Signage
Wastebasket
Booth cleaning
1/2 full color page in Show Catalogue
(No outside tables, chairs, or lights permitted.)
Price: $650 per 4'x12' booth (add'l $100 for corner booths).
Show Floorplan
Register early to receive preferred space allocation on the show floor. Floorplan will be posted in May.
